C) Household income at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines for the previous 12 months

- Impaired Mobility
Coordinates and mobilizes service days for volunteers to complete small critical home improvement projects that benefit those with special needs and/or a limited income. These projects can include, but not limited to, construction of wheelchair ramps, weatherization, step repair, etc.
