Any families residing in Venango or Clarion counties.

Hours

Typically, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 but also evening hours as needed.

Application process

Typically, referrals are received from Children and Youth Services but are accepted from other agencies, families, and self referrals.

Provides a strength based program to help families develop their own plans to resolve their concerns. Through the guidance of a neutral coordinator, families are encouraged to include their family and friends in a facilitated meeting to develop their plan.
