Offers a service for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that provides case management with intake for assessment, arrangement, and authorization for services, monitoring of services, and follow through regarding employment, housing, education, transportation, and counseling as appropriate.

Serves as an alliance of three organizations sharing the mission of empowerment and community support: Mental Health (MH), Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and Early Intervention (EI). Offers services to people of all ages with serious mental illness or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
