Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 7:00am to 6:30pm Tuesday, 7:00am to 4:40pm Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm
Patients may be referred by a physician, insurance company, discharge planner/social worker, home health agency, family member, or make a self-referral.

Specialized inpatient rehabilitation care for adults Services available at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation at St. Luke's Monroe Campus include: amputation rehabilitation, arthritis rehabilitation, brain injury rehabilitation, case management, hip and knee rehabilitation, multiple sclerosis treatment, multi-trauma rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, occupational therapy, oncology rehabilitation, physical therapy, psychology, rehabilitation nursing, speech and language therapy, stroke rehabilitation and telespeech.
