Level 1 - $70 full day, $50/half day.Lunch and snacks included. Level 2 - $80 full day, $60 half day lunch and snacks included. Level 3 reflects the level of care needed for an individual requiring a 1:1 - 1:3 ratio. May be due to dementia, or behavior issues. $18.00/hour - includes lunch and snacks.

Description

Offers structured activities, trained nurse on staff, health monitoring and assistance with medications. Personal care(assistance with ambulating, eating, toileting, showering) Dietician approved lunches; honoring special diets. Offering two programs: Aging program and a special needs program. Serving clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, mentally challenged, Cerebral palsy along with folks that need socialization and structure but do not have a primary diagnosis.
