Provides services including: - Monitoring of amateur radio service for motorist safety and assistance - Education for communications licensing including FCC amateur radio license and science day for school children - Worldwide message transfer using Amateur Spectrum, Packet systems, and Fax service - Assistance with evacuations in the time of major disasters - Scientific and technological presentations to schools, upon request - Mentor contact for schools in area for communication contacts with the ISS space station. - Conducts classes free of charge for amateur radio license and performs FCC testing for applicants, for persons interested in acquiring license -Offers a newsletter 'K3IR News' and makes it available on website
