Family and Community Service of Delaware County - Ralph Moses House
Provides Joint Transitional-Housing and Rapid Rehousing for 10 homeless males with multiple barriers such as mental health and/or substance abuse, low or zero income, and physical disabilities, to name a few. Residential Counselors provide 24-hour assistance to residents during the 90-day Transitional Housing Program; there is opportunity to learn basic life skills, budgeting, healthy eating and exercise, and other topics to improve quality of life and live independently and self-sufficiently.
