Provides First-Time Homeownership opportunities to workforce income families. They renovate and/or construct new homes for Habitat families, who will then, once they complete 200 hours of sweat equity, including 40 hours of financial education, make an application for a traditional mortgage through lending institutions.

Creates affordable home ownership opportunities with and for low income families. Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses alongside homeowner partner families. ReStores offer quality used and surplus building materials at a fraction of normal prices. Proceeds from the sales help to fund the construction of Habitat houses within local communities.
