Eligibility
Residents of Allegheny County who have low incomes and want to proceed with a simple divorce (no asset distribution, custody, alimony, spousal support). Must be either separated from their spouse for at least one year or have a Final PFA order. Their spouse must be cooperative in the divorce process.

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm
