Must be a Duquesne Light customer.

Hours

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Drop In Hours: Tuesday, 8:30am to 12:30pm Holidays (both public and Catholic Holy Days of Obligation) or severe weather may impact these hours please check website.

Services provided free of charge. Customer remains responsible for balance of bill.

Provides access to a variety of energy assistance programs so families can maintain their utility services, including Customer Assistance Program (CAP). CAP helps low-income, payment troubled customers of Duquesne Light establish manageable payment plans. Also assists with Dollar Energy Fund applications.

Serves the six counties of the Diocese of Pittsburgh: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Greene, Lawrence, and Washington. Provides intensive case management for community members, food for the hungry, housing for the homeless, free health care for those who cannot afford it, help for pregnant women and the parents of young children, utility assistance, counseling services, care for the elderly, and more.
