Provides residential placement in neighborhood group homes for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
Support focuses on independence, choice, and community involvement. Staff ensure that each person adapts to residential living and coordinates the relationships between families, caregivers, and supports coordinator personnel.
