Description
Assistance with private and state subsidized adoptions through the Statewide Adoption Network (SWAN). Complete home studies for a family aspiring to become an adoptive family, post-placement supervision and reports for children in pre-adoptive placements and out of state adoptions. Post adoption supports and services.
