Focuses on the concept of using the acronym for MENTOR: Mentoring Ex-offenders' Need to Overcome Re-offending. Coaching/mentoring is an accountability system designed to assist our clients in their transition from incarceration to becoming responsible and productive citizens of their communities. Also collaborates with families, friends, and community services.
