Call the office at to obtain a screening or after hours call the referral center. If screening warrants, an assessment appointment will be given to determine what, if any, level of care of treatment is needed.

All residents in our tri-county area - Carbon/Monroe/Pike county residents. All Pike county residents for DUI offender program, or those transferred from another county
