Eligibility
Adults age 60 and older, resident of Lawrence County, monthly gross income cannot exceed 300% of the Federal Benefit Rate. Providing on-going care giving supports.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Possible cost share requirement based on household income.

Provides benefit counseling, reimbursement of respite provided for the primary caregiver, reimbursement for consumable care-giving supplies, adaptive equipment, and caregiver education.

Serves the six counties of the Diocese of Pittsburgh: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Greene, Lawrence, and Washington. Provides intensive case management for community members, food for the hungry, housing for the homeless, free health care for those who cannot afford it, help for pregnant women and the parents of young children, utility assistance, counseling services, care for the elderly, and more.
