Family income must fall at or below 80% of median income for the area.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Application process
Applications accepted exclusively through the online application, will be accepted November 15th through November 21st. Recipients who qualify are selected through a lottery system; all those who apply within the application dates will be considered.

Allows eligible participants who receive vouchers to search for their own housing. The individual or family pays a portion of the rent based on a percentage of their monthly income and the remaining housing subsidy is paid directly to the landlord by MCHA on behalf of the family.
