Administers several different programs that work together to enhance the safety and well-being of residents and visitors to Tioga Count. Includes the programs of Emergency Management Agency and Homeland Security, 911 Communications Center, Hazardous Material Planning & Response, Emergency Medical Services, Law Enforcement, and Fire/Rescue Training.
