Provides direct assistance with utility bills for individuals and families. Also acts as a screening agency and offers assistance with the applications for Dollar Energy Fund, Peoples Gas CAP Program, and LIHEAP. Also offers modest grants to assist with rent, security deposits, and mortgages.

Provides energy assistance, employment services; transportation assistance; tax preparation; legal consultation; disaster relief; education assistance for adults; transportation assistance, and volunteer caregivers for the elderly. Also offers seasonal help such as school supplies, coats, holiday meals, and spring cleaning supplies.
