Eligibility
Families with children ages 0-18 who are transitioning from intake to ongoing services, any client that is open with the Erie County Office of Children and Youth or Mercer County Children and Youth Services, and those who are under court order.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Offers families and others an opportunity to come together to help solve family problems. A typical conference lasts between 2-3 hours.
