Based on household total income. Families could qualify for anywhere from 10% to 80% off the regular membership rate and a maximum of 50% off of program fees, depending on the financial situation

Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday, 12:00pm to 5:00pm
