UGI Customer Assistance Program (CAP)

Offers qualified, low income customers a more manageable monthly energy bill. Monthly payments are based on gross income, household size, and energy usage. Over time, customers' past debt to UGI can be forgiven following consistent program payments.

Residents of Union, Western portions of Northumberland County, and Snyder Counties; must be a UGI customer and income eligible.
