Permanent Supportive Housing

Designed to assist mental health consumers experiencing chronic homelessness in securing housing. Aims to provide low-cost housing to mental health consumers in Westmoreland County as well as assistance through Housing Supports. The PSH-PSH community living building has living space for 8 tenants.

Eligibility

Applicants must: A) Be at least 18 years of age B) Have a mental health diagnosis C) Have four or more episodes of homelessness within the last years or have been continuously unhoused for one (1) year or longer D) Be able to perform daily living skills independently E) Pay monthly rent F) Be willing to meet the Housing Supports Case Manager on a regular basis
