Description
Provides direct services to families serving as kinship foster homes. Helps families meet the requirements of foster care set by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Allegheny County Children, Youth and Families,(ACCYF) and A Second Chance, Inc.

Provides a full range of services which help to strengthen and preserve healthy families for children in kinship care and support families created by foster care and adoption. Services to children include: Peer support groups, tutoring, computer training, and self-esteem workshops.
