Provides individualized service coordination of behavioral health treatment for adolescents and their families who are involved in the Juvenile Justice System. Plans, implements, and coordinates structured services focused on specialized case management, intensive behavioral health treatment and advocacy. Also assists adolescents and their families in accessing resources within the adolescent's home, school, and community.
