Eligibility
In order to qualify for a grant, applicants must fall into at least one of the following classifications: - 55 years of age or older - A resident who is over 150% (but does not exceed 200%) of the federal poverty guidelines, - On a disabled or handicapped income - A veteran with a verified need - Able to demonstrate a certified medical emergency - Experienced a verifiable, recent loss of income - Receiving unemployment benefits
