Eligibility
Allegheny County residents; must be age 55 and older to volunteer as a
Senior Companion, and age 60 and older to receive services.
Hours
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Visits and phone calls are at the mutual convenience of the matched individuals.

Description
Matches eligible individuals with volunteers for friendly visits and/or phone calls once or twice a week to older adults in need. Senior Companions are volunteers, ages 55 and older.

Assists Allegheny County residents, 60 years of age and older, to live safe, healthy and, when possible, independent lives. AAA is the front door to find services for yourself, a spouse, a relative or a friend.
