Description
Home and community based services and supports are provided to families with infants and toddlers to maximize the child's developmental potential and can assist the family in helping the child develop and grow. Service planning and service delivery is founded on a partnership between families and early intervention personnel, which is focused on meeting the unique needs of the child and family.
