Provides a street outreach program designed to help runaway, homeless, nomadic and street youth in Bucks County, Philadelphia, Allentown, and Dauphin County. The program offers survival supplies (food, clothes, hygienic products, sleeping bags, tents, tarps, etc.), peer support, informal counseling (individual, family, or group), information and referral services and assistance to get off the streets, if desired.
Valley Youth House
Provides prevention, intervention, emergency and independent living, and permanency services, including counseling, life skills and behavioral health services to vulnerable, homeless, and foster care youth and their families.
