Provides accompaniment, notifications, and support to victims of crime, assists with VCAP claims and advocates for restitution on behalf of crime victims, also acts as a liaison with the prosecution to ensure that the victim’s input is considered.

County Victim/Witness Program assists adult and juvenile crime victims with the rights and services to which they are entitled under the Pennsylvania Crime Victims Bill of Rights and the standards set forth by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
