Provides substance abuse outpatient and intensive outpatient counseling services. Also acts as a point of entry into the system of care by providing drug and alcohol assessments and referral services Services include: - Assessments - Individual, group, and family counseling sessions - Individualized treatment planning based on client-defined needs - Relapse prevention planning
