Developmental Services

Provides services to individuals and families who have been identified as having developmental disabilities. Services could include: Family Driven Family Support Services, Supports Coordinator, Residential Services Intermediate Care Facility / ID, Lifesharing, Community Living Arrangements (CLA), Personal Care Boarding Homes, Domicilary Care Homes, Home and Community Habilitation, Pre-Vocational Services, Supported Employment, Transitional Employment, Adult Training Facility, Behavior Therapy, Outpatient Partial Hospitalization, EPSDT Wrap-Around Services, Generic Community Resources, Health Care Quality Unit, Respite and Behavioral Health Services.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, 24 hr crisis services

Application process

An intake is a basic assessment of a consumer's need. This is usually performed by a caseworker at the Base Service Unit.

Eligibility

In order to qualify for services within the CMSU system, you must live within the boundaries of Columbia, Montour, Snyder or Union Counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
