Case management services for adults with behavioral health issues identified as serious mental illness. Case managers develop recovery plans for individual clients, arrange for required services, monitor services and serve as an advocate for the individual.
Offers mental health support services including information/education, intervention, self management and transitional services. Also provides post disaster mental health services.
