Focus Population
Provides public benefit navigation and application assistance for enrollment in the following public benefits: Medical Assistance, PENNIE, Medicare related supports, prescription plans, supplements and subsidies, PACE/NET, One Sight, SNAP, Free/Reduced Cost School Lunches, CCIS, Senior Farmer's Market Vouchers, TANF, PECO subsidies, LIHEAP, Free cell phone service program, the PA Rent and Property Tax Rebates and other federal, state or local public benefit programs.
Visiting Nurse Association
Aims to support the integrity and independence of families in the community by providing quality in-home care services to elderly and disabled adults and primary health care and related health services to children in need and their families. Also provides community wellness and health education programs throughout the community.
