Anyone no longer seeking or receiving curative treatment for a life-limiting chronic illness or disease (includes cancer, endstage cardiac, lung, liver or kidney disease; Alzheimer's or other endstage dementia; ALS; MS - to name a few).

Offers full service hospice program providing physical care by nurses and home health aides. Assists with home, family or legal issues by a medical social worker. Offers emotional and spiritual support from a spiritual care counselor, practical help from trained volunteers and follow-up bereavement support for caregiver and family for a period of one year.
