Offers comprehensive HIV/AIDS services to the general public and persons most at risk for HIV/AIDS. Services include medical case management, educational and preventative presentations, free anonymous or confidential HIV testing with pre- and post-test counseling, and housing programs for persons with HIV/AIDS.
Family Services of Montgomery County
Provides support and guidance to Montgomery County individuals and families in need. Current programming focuses on Family Support and Parent Education; Health and Wellness; Housing; Older Adults; Reentry Services; and Substance Abuse Prevention.
