Provides round-the-clock, mental health crisis intervention, stabilization and linkage services for residents of Allegheny County. Services include telephone, mobile, and walk-in crisis intervention counseling; residential short-term crisis stabilization; and an addictions specialty clinic providing drug and alcohol assessment and referral services.
