Provides primary health care for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Services include adult and pediatric primary care, dental care for adults and children, drug and alcohol outreach and relapse prevention program, HIV/AIDS prevention/testing, homebound elderly outreach program, obstetrics/prenatal/gynecology services, parent/patient/family education; podiatry, and spiritual care. On-call physician available 24/7. Sliding scale fees.
