A) Younger than 19 years of age B) Medicaid-eligible C) Uninsured D) Underinsured (insurance does not cover vaccines or only certain vaccines) E) American Indian or Alaska Native

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Application process
Call to schedule an appointment. Current vaccine records are necessary. Check with Health Department 1-877-PA-HEALTH for locations and current or upcoming dates.
Fees
Flu shots $5, but no charge if they cannot afford it.
