Parent Education and Advocacy Leadership
Provides free training, information, and technical assistance to help parents throughout Pennsylvania become more effective advocates for their children. Services include information about the special education and healthcare systems, workshops and conferences on disability issues, and one to one technical assistance.

Eligibility
Individuals with disabilities and complex healthcare needs, their families and friends, and organizations that work with people with disabilities, from birth to age 26. Funding is for families and youth.
