Lebanon County Christian Ministries - Fresh Start Emergency Shelter

Families and individuals experiencing homelessness, specific requirements apply. No one with open warrants or charges related to arson, sexual crimes, violent crimes, or Megan's law will be housed in shelter.
Intakes: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm
Telephone, walk-in. Must report in person to Fresh Start (611 Chestnut Street, 2nd Floor) to pick up NCIC form, take NCIC form to police station which checks for open warrants. Individual takes completed form back to Lebanon County Christian Ministries for intake. Intake takes about one hour. Call crisis intervention at 717-274-3363 if shelter is needed after intake hours.
