Eligibility
Venango County residents who are age 60 and older (or will be by December 31) and meet income guidelines. Vouchers will be distributed at various locations throughout the county. Call or visit the website for additional details.

Visit in person on or after the announced Distribution Day. Call or email for additional information. Individuals who cannot pick up their own vouchers may designate a proxy to accept vouchers on their behalf. Proxy forms are available online through the eligibility website and at area senior centers.
