Eligibility
Highly motivated youth between the ages of 17 and 21 with or without children. Youth must not be actively involved with drugs or alcohol. Youth must not present a danger to themselves or others. Parenting youth must also demonstrated appropriate parenting skills. Youth must agree to voluntary entry.
