Fatherhood FIRE - Dads Matter
Supports fathers and father figures through educational programs and career development assistance. Stipends are provided to enrolled clients who participate in sessions to help assist with transportation, food, or childcare expenses incurred while participating. Offers family outings, certificates and certifications, and provides information about and referrals to additional services.

Operates employment training programs in Westmoreland and Fayette Counties in southwestern Pennsylvania. PIC operates over 20 programs within its three divisions: Early Childhood Education, Workforce Development and Education. PIC has strategically located offices throughout Beaver, Allegheny, Fayette and Westmoreland counties to assist children, youth, families, adults, dislocated workers and the disadvantaged in attaining educational achievement, supporting their family growth and obtaining and retaining employment.
