Families of any configuration with children who are experiencing homelessness (children must be currently present in the household). Must have verifiable income (TANF and child support are acceptable). Can only access shelter once; previous participants are not eligible.

Call 211 or 855-567-5341 for screening by a Coordinated Entry Intake Specialist, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 7:45pm, Saturday, 11:00am to 6:45pm; No walk-ins accepted. Individuals can also utilize the Allentown Access Site at the Lehigh Conference of Churches (457 W Allen St, Allentown) for a pre-screening and possible referral.

Description

Emergency shelter for families with children under 18 experiencing homelessness. Intensive case management provided. Program focuses on identifying the barriers that keep their residents from reaching their housing goals. No walk-ins. All referrals must come from Coordinated Entry. Do not call the shelter to ask for shelter availability. Instead, call 211 or visit a local Access Site for a Coordinated Entry Referral. No referrals are accepted over the weekend.
