Description
Provides support for children, youth and families to achieve and maintain appropriate functioning that will transfer to community, home, and the school environment. Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (Wraparound) provides a wide range of services and supports focusing on the specific needs of children and youth with complex mental health and emotional needs, and their families.
