Offering Home and Community Habilitation, Community Living Arrangement, Life Sharing, Adult Training Facility and Mental Health support. Behavioral Health Support services offered by full-time, Master level clinicians and led by on-site Psychologist. Health Services Department led by a Medical Director and offering services by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and nurses specializing in Psychiatric care.
