Works with potential homebuyers to provide the resources they need to decide whether homeownership is the right choice for them. Also helps homebuyers with grant opportunities, particularly for first-time homebuyers and help with downpayment and closing costs.

Services include pre-purchase housing counseling, real estate and community development, and workforce development and financial coaching.
