Property and Taxes Office, York County Government - Planning Commission

Provides municipal and county planning services to the 72 municipalities within York County, including technical assistance and plan review for local governments. Services include ordinance development, floodplain identification, plan reviews, ordinance amendments, sewage modules, and planning consultation services. Maintains responsibility for the development and implementation of the York County Comprehensive Plan. Offers transportation planning and traffic engineering services, including support for federal and state transportation planning requirements.
