Habilitation is designed to assist individuals with the development and maintenance of skills in the areas of self-care, daily-living activities, and social skills through the use of their community resources while living at home with family. Community resources can include service clubs, senior programs, and a myriad of other opportunities. Through the use of community providers, families and individuals can choose their own qualified and willing staff to provide assistance.

This Administrative Office operates the Carbon, Monroe and Pike County Mental Health and Developmental Services Programs. We link and provider case management services to individuals form the three counties who have challenges related to mental illness or developmental delays.
