Eligibility
Must have an IQ of 70 or below and diagnosed with a developmental
disability (mental retardation) before the age of 22. Documentation
must be provided. The person must also have a current physical
indicating this diagnosis, as well as an “ICF/MR” level of care
indicated in order to be eligible for services.

Fees
If a person resides in a residential home or lives with their family, that person is responsible to remit payment to the agency or homeowner for room and board. This cost is 72% of the person's Social Security income.; None
